Birth of the Company
Mr. Mpho Tlomatsana RGA (Registered Government Auditor)
Mpho is the Managing Director of Waga Lesetja Consulting. He is a Registered Government Auditor, a member to
South African Institution of Government Auditors (SAIGA), South African Institution of Chartered Accountants (SAICA),
Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and also a registered tax practitioner. As in 2024 he has over 16 years of
experience in financial management, internal and external auditing, tax, business administration and advisory services
which he accumulated both in the private as well as the public sector.
He started his career at Deloitte where he gained extensive knowledge in auditing, accounting and tax. He later joined AGSA on various external audit assignments on public entities, AFS at Morar Incorporated, Internal Audit at Business Innovative Group and other middle audit firms SABnT, GT, Bonakude, etc. He has since expanded his knowledge and gained additional experience with various SMME’s, Municipalities finance support and other public sectors whilst being an independent senior consultant for over 10 years. After a massive 15+ experience he then registered Waga Lesetja Consulting
Waga Lesetja was officially register in September 2023 (Reg nr 2023/992240/07) and since then provided services on it’s own as a company
